Business brainstorming one-to-one session.

I went into the session wanting to get some more clarity around the goals and ideas I had for the year. I also wanted to figure out what was the best way to tackle those goals and what to prioritise. I went into the session with key focuses for the year, namely why I started my business for flexibility fun and family reasons. 

 

Sophie put me at ease straightaway and it was really straightforward to talk to her. She asked some great questions to get me to talk around my ideas and not just focus intensely on the idea itself. Sophie was able to provide practical tips as well as being a sounding board to bounce ideas off. She is fantastic at rephrasing ideas to provide new perspective. we didn’t use the tarot cards until later on in the session but they were an amazing reassurance, they tied together all the ideas we’ve been talking about and really gave me the confidence that my plans, my goals were right for me. 

 

We made a clear action plan for moving towards my goals. We’re now approximately three months down the line and I’ve already achieved some of what I set out to achieve this whole year. The impact on my business has been massive. Not only that but the impact on my confidence and clarity within my business too.
